THE TRIO OF ANTAKALNIS - APARTMENT HOUSING
We are currently developing a cozy residential complex, “Antakalnio Trio”, located at Taurijos St. 28, Vilnius.
The complex consists of three 4-storey buildings, each with 6–7 apartments per floor, and a shared underground parking facility. Apartment sizes range from 28 to 75 m². The buildings meet the A++ energy efficiency class. Each apartment will be prepared for the installation of a heat recovery ventilation system (HRV). Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows will be installed. Underfloor heating with Danfoss controllers is provided. The buildings are equipped with comfortable Kone elevators.
The underground parking area includes dedicated bicycle storage spaces.

PROJECT TIMEFRAME
Commissioning of the completed facility is scheduled for 2025, we are now ready to proceed with the preliminary contracts. FINISHING WORKS
We have different options for finishing apartments according to your wishes and budget. We can do all the finishing works so you don’t have to apply to financial institutions again or use your own funds. We will make a detailed visualization of the apartment, you will get photorealistic images of the future interior.
FURNITURE
Some types of furniture you will be able to order from our company as well. We have a partnership agreement with a major Lithuanian furniture manufacturer. Our customers receive kitchen furniture, dressing cabinets at a price 20-30% lower than if you order similar furniture to be manufactured individually.
